All classes are supported by our qualified and experienced disability support workers.

 

Participants can utilise their NDIS plans and there is an additional $10 charge for each hour.

Every Friday from 10.30am to 3.00pm

Join our resident B-Boy Karl Jacobs for an interactive session introducing participants to breakdancing, acrobatics and calisthenics. 

Participants will master the basics and Karl will be demonstrating sick moves such as head spins, back spins, windmills, flares, air tracks, air flares, 1990s, 2000s, jackhammers, crickets, turtles, hand glides, halos, and elbow spins.

Motivation for SickSteps

SickStep Studios was created with the the idea of passing on the art of bboying a.k.a Breakdancing not only just to learn the moves and learn about the art form, but to also help facilitate anyone to help combat today's issues. Such as, instant gratification, anxiety, depression and trauma and help face these issues while gaining self esteem and learning the value of self worth. We aim to promote hard work consistency and patience to combat these issues. Fun vibes energetic sessions lead by Karl Jacobs will break it down into a easy to learn step by step class.
