Relax in a friendly, calm and inviting atmosphere 

Yoga Class

Join our wonderful instructor Natalee Hudson for our NDIS mindfulness program. Each Thursday participants can try yoga, dancing, meditation, mindfulness activities and journaling in a friendly, calm and inviting atmosphere.

Meditation

Yoga mats are provided and participants are encouraged to bring their own cushion and water.
