At SASS Care, we pride ourselves on building personal relationships with every participant, getting to know them on a first-name basis. Unlike larger providers, we are always here when you need us most.

By placing you at the center of our service delivery, we are able to meet your unique needs and help you achieve your goals.

We stand apart in the disability service sector, committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our participants.

Our goal is simple: to change lives by providing support where it's needed most - on the ground, at the coalface. We are truly passionate about the people we support and dedicated to making a lasting impact.

We heart NDIS Registered provider logo

SASS Care was founded by Sharron Andrea in 2017 to address gaps in the NDIS service landscape, with a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Sharron brings extensive experience in supporting vulnerable individuals and is dedicated to tailoring services to meet each participant's unique needs.

Our team includes staff with over 40 years of experience in the disability sector, many of whom have been with SASS Care since its inception in 2017. This long-term dedication is a testament to the supportive and rewarding environment we offer.

At SASS Care, every NDIS participant is assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator to help manage funded supports and select experienced, friendly staff. While other providers may come and go, SASS Care remains a stable, genuine option for those who need it most.

As a registered provider, we meet the NDIS quality standards, and our policies and procedures have been recognised as "best practice" by external auditors.

Our growth has included the development of Ironstone Hill, a disability activity farm offering weekend and school holiday programs for NDIS participants aged 5 - 16 year-olds, and our 27-room SRS Facility in Bendigo, providing supported accommodation and respite. The waiting list for this service continues to grow.

In addition, Murphy House, located at 5-7 Murphy Street, Kennington, provides short- and medium-term respite for participants requiring 24/7 care utilising funding from their NDIS plans. We also provide long-term Supported Residential Services for participants in need of a safe, secure living environment without intensive support. This service has been very successful and was recently recognised as the Most Outstanding Accommodation Provider at the Australian Disability Awards.

Since the beginning, SASS has received many requests to provide Support Coordination services for NDIS Participants. Listening to our customers, we are excited to now be providing Support Coordination.

Our most recent venture includes expanding into Aged Care “Care at Home Packages.” We are working closely with clients and referral bodies to ensure that our ageing community can continue to live independently with the support they need in their own homes.

As we look to the future, we remain committed to embracing changes in both the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, ensuring that we continue to provide the high-quality, personalised services that our participants deserve.

We welcome you to join us on this journey,
